The Role:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (databases, job boards, networking, referrals)
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates and clients throughout the selection process
Business development
The Requirements:
Degree educated and experience in sales is preference!
B2B sales experience needed if no degree!
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Extracurricular achievements sport, music etc
