Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Proactively build and manage a client portfolio through business development, meetings, referrals, and networking.

Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.

Maintain and develop long-term client relationships for ongoing business.

Candidate Engagement

Source, attract, and interview potential candidates using tools such as social media, referrals, and advertising.

Provide career advice, CV support, and interview preparation.

*

Maintain regular candidate contact and manage a database for availability and suitability.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, build internal networks, and maximise commercial opportunities.
