What we’re looking for

  • Proven background in sales, business development, account management, or a senior hospitality role
  • Agency recruitment experience is ideal, especially across hospitality, retail, or service sectors ️
  • Comfortable winning new business, negotiating terms, and building proper recruitment solutions
  • Confident managing and growing key accounts, not just maintaining them
  • Able to handle volume – both in terms of candidates and incoming enquiries – without dropping quality
