We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Corby branch.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Identify new business opportunities within your specialist sector
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients and candidates
• Source outstanding candidates for our clients
• Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop the Barker Ross brand

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A minimum of one year of experience within recruitment
• A proven track record of developing new business
• A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial) plus the motivation and passion to develop your recruitment career further
• A full clean driving licence
