The Role This is a dynamic, dual-focused role combining recruitment and business development. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing healthcare staff while building strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow the business in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate attraction to placement

Proactively source, screen and interview healthcare candidates

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nurses and care staff
