Great opportunity to work as a Recruitment Coordinator for our client's site, who are producers and distributor of speciality foods, working with artisan food producers across the globe.
Staffline is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator in Evesham .
The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour .
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are: - 7am to 4pm
Your Time at Work
As a Recruitment Coordinator your duties include:
- Supporting the induction and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience. - Maintaining full compliance with company policies and legislation, including thorough document and right-to-work checks. - Providing day-to-day support to site employees, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues. - Monitoring and managing daily timesheets and weekly payroll processing to ensure accuracy. - Assisting with recruitment activities, including managing vacancies, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. - Overseeing temporary-to-permanent employee conversions and implementing strategies to improve success rates. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with on-site management and teams. - Conducting regular staff check-ins, P...
