We began as four people working from a room barely bigger than a cupboard. Today, we’re based in a premium top-floor office with space for 20, just a short walk from Exeter Cathedral!

After two recent successful hires, we’re now looking for an additional Recruitment Coordinator to support our experienced sales directors to connect with top-tier talent and grow our candidate network.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruitment Marketing: Write engaging job adverts, create client proposals, and support other marketing activities.
• Social Media & Online Branding: Use your creativity to craft content that grows our online presence and engages our talent network – we’re open to new ideas!
• Candidate Engagement: Search for candidates, write personalised outreach messages, and schedule introductory calls with our expert recruiters.
• Administrative Support: Format CVs, update our CRM with candidate interactions, and help organise recruitment activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a fast-growing startup environment. Strong written communication skills are essential. While this isn’t a phone-based role to start with, verbal communication skills will be useful as you progress.
