My client, a well-established and growing recruitment business based in Manchester, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to run and grow a white collar construction billing desk .
This is a full 360 role with strong billing potential and a clear pathway into leadership for the right person. You’ll have access to live roles, a supportive leadership team, and the autonomy to shape your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Run a warm white collar construction desk with active clients
Manage the full recruitment cycle (permanent roles)
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Support and mentor junior consultants.
Drive business development and spot growth opportunities.

360 recruitment experience within the white collar construction space
Proven billing track record
Confident communicator with commercial awareness
