An established nursery group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple early years settings. You will need previous recruitment experience in the Childcare Sector for this role.
This is a confidential replacement hire, offering the opportunity to step into a pivotal role and make an immediate impact on workforce planning, hiring quality, and speed of delivery.
The Role You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the business attracts, selects, and appoints high-quality staff across a range of early years roles.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment across multiple nursery settings
Advertising roles and sourcing candidates via job boards, databases and direct outreach
Screening, interviewing and coordinating candidates through to offer
Working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring priorities
Managing compliance checks and onboarding processes
Improving recruitment processes, candidate experience and time-to-hire
Acting as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity
About You Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident managing multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Early years / education / healthcare recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
