We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing consultancy to find a skilled Resourcing / Recruitment Manager. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the business has access to the right talent—both permanent and contract—to meet project and internal resource needs. You’ll manage resourcing strategies, support recruitment across a variety of functions, and implement direct sourcing methods to enhance efficiency and reduce reliance on third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation Oversee day-to-day resource assignments across client-facing and internal teams. Keep resourcing data current to enable accurate forecasting and workforce planning. Collaborate with teams across delivery, client success, and growth to forecast future requirements. Support onboarding for both permanent employees and contract associates.

Recruitment Management Lead the full recruitment cycle for both permanent and contract roles. Partner with hiring leads to define job specs and navigate internal approvals.
