What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:
Proactively sourcing and engaging with top accountancy professionals Building relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to the right opportunities Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to manage candidate pipelines Supporting with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the process Helping to grow our presence and reputation within the market
What we're looking for in a Recruitment Resourcer:
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport A proactive and resilient approach - you'll enjoy picking up the phone and building relationships Excellent organisation skills (we work at pace and no two days are the same!)
