Specialising in education recruitment, we pride ourselves on connecting talented educators with top educational institutions across the UK and beyond.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nAs a Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by identifying, attracting, and engaging with qualified teachers and support staff.

You will focus on sourcing the best candidates, building talent pools, and ensuring our consultants have access to the strongest educators available.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for teaching and support roles\n\nWriting and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms within company guidelines\n\nProactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking\n\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and retention\n\nWorking closely with consultants to coordinate each stage of the candidate journey, from initial application through to compliance and placement\n\nMaintaining accurate candidate records on our database\n\nWho You Are\n\nWe are looking for people with drive, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
