As our business continues to grow, were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our passionate team. Role Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, youll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates across a wide range of hospitality roles from chefs and front-of-house professionals to operations managers and more. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Post job adverts and manage responses Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records Support consultants with administrative and coordination tasks What Were Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment or within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, energetic, and a real team player Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CRM systems What We Offer: Competitive base salary + commission Training and career development opportunities A supportive, inclusive, and fun working environment Regular team incentives and social events Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company Interested?
