Industrial Resourcer Required to work with team on four in Halesowen Office. Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (Some flexibility dependent on requirements from the team) This can mean some calls outside working hours to be compensated when needed. Blue Collar Non-Skilled work demographic, the main emphasis being the ability to place a well crafted ad campaign and have the people skills to empathise and communicate with existing workers and new applicants and work in a time sensitive environment, thriving under pressure sometimes rather than being one paced and folding like a cheap suit every time a booking comes on is an added bonus. Getting to know candidates as individuals and recognising them when they come into the office is very important too, these people work hard for us and we expect them to be acknowledged and appreciated, we also expect that face to face interviews are managed proactively, honestly and with enthusiasm and positivity. Previous recruitment experience is helpful but full training will be provided along with external mentoring and the opportunity to take formal qualifications should you want to progress in the industry. A driving licence is a must, ideally your own transport too as we do interview onsite and at locations other than Halesowen.
