Salary; £25,000 - £27,000 per year

What You'll Do:

Source, identify, and through various channels including job boards, social media, gap personnel recruitment portal Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service Manage and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding Complete various administration tasks as needed Control the candidate security screening process What We're Looking For:
