Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Matching candidates to client vacancies
  • Conducting initial interviews and candidate registrations
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining the database
  • Supporting inductions for existing clients
  • Ensuring all candidates adhere to compliance procedures and are fully compliant before placement
