The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants by sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates. You’ll be responsible for identifying talent through a range of channels, building strong candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles

Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the CRM/ATS

Arrange candidate interviews and coordinate with consultants and clients

*

Support the wider recruitment team with candidate shortlists and market mapping
