Recruitment Resourcer – No Experience Needed (But Ambition Required)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us find top talent and fuel our growing business. Whether you’re already in recruitment or completely new, if you’re motivated, curious, and hungry to succeed — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

* Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, job boards & creative search methods

* Attending industry events

* Speaking to candidates and building strong relationships

* Learning how to match people with the right opportunities

* Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live roles

* Developing real recruitment skills with clear progression opportunities

* Supporting multi-divisions - Tech, Energy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing

What we’re looking for:

* Confident communicator (phone, email, LinkedIn)

* Resilient, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge

* Organised with great attention to detail

* Experience in recruitment is a bonus, not a must
