Team Manager – Education Recruitment Up to £35,000 per annum + Commission Full-Time, Office-Based – Permanent Location: South Yorkshire
Are you an experienced recruiter with the drive to lead, inspire, and deliver results? We’re looking for a Team Manager to head up a high-performing team within Provide Education, part of the Operam Education Group. This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee half of our office’s business, working with schools across South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
In this role, you will:
* Lead a team of consultants and a compliance administrator.
* Manage performance through weekly reviews and hands-on support.
* Drive growth by selling new services into existing clients and breaking into new territories.
* Undertake business development, candidate attraction, and support with compliance.
* Visit schools, attend meetings, deliver presentations to multi-academy trusts, and represent the business at job fairs.
* Balance billing your own desk while managing and developing your team.
