We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Fire & Security team in Colnbrook. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with live roles, strong client relationships, and full support from an experienced team — giving you the platform to hit the ground running and maximise your earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Fire & Security and/or M&E sector
- Business development – building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates into permanent and temporary roles
- Managing live vacancies and delivering recruitment solutions to clients
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Working towards and exceeding revenue and placement targets
- Previous recruitment experience (ideally within technical, engineering, or specialist sectors)
- Strong business development skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Target-driven with a hunger to earn commission
- Organised, resilient, and self-motivated
- Basic Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
- Uncapped Commission: Strong earning potential with rewarding commission structure
