Principal Accountabilities
•Provide sales support on new technologies; recommend products and solutions
•Provide phone and e-mail support for customers by answering inquiries on our products and services
•Lead or participate in product trainings for fellow technical personnel and sales staff
•Troubleshoot and solve customer technical problems with our products and services
•Maintain technical relationships with our product vendors
•Evaluate future computer components to be used in our Nexlink products.
•Generate ideas for process improvement
•Represent Seneca Data in a professional manner; striving for total customer satisfaction
•Perform other related duties as assigned
