The Role

We’re hiring skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing, stable company. You’ll work across commercial sites, data centres, and some retail locations, carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs.

What You’ll Do

* Service and maintain cooling systems

* Work on chillers, CRAC units, AHUs, and pumps

* Carry out occasional installs and project work

* Complete reports and liaise with clients

* Join a 1-in-6 on-call rota

What You Need

* Experience in refrigeration & air conditioning

* F-Gas (C&G 2079) certification

* NVQ / City & Guilds (preferred)

* Chiller experience (hydrocarbons a bonus)

* Full UK driving licence

* Able to work independently

What You’ll Get

* £50k–£55k basic + £65k–£75k OTE

* Paid door-to-door travel

* Bonus scheme + on-call pay (£150/week)

* Overtime (min. 4 hours per callout)
