£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £55k+)
Hampshire (within 50-mile radius)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering first-time fixes, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across a local patch.

Reactive and planned maintenance
Fault diagnosis and first-time fixes
Working independently on customer sites
մասնակցation in a 1-in-7 call-out rota
Managing jobs via Simpro system

Requirements

F-Gas Category 1
CSCS / CITB card
Strong experience in commercial refrigeration
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
Able to work both independently and within a team
Based in or around Hampshire

Desirable (Not Essential)

CO₂ experience
Commissioning experience
Knowledge of Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems

Package

Door-to-door pay
Overtime @ 1.5x (Mon-Sat) & 2x Sundays
45-hour contract
1 in 7 call-out rota
Company van + fuel card
Phone, tablet & specialist tools
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Performance-related bonus
