Youll be teacher learners (classroom - site based) on theirLevel 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship curriculum,helping them achieve their full potential. What Youll Do Deliver high-quality teaching/training sessions onsite in Wythenshawe, Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices. Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively. Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements. What Were Looking For Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider. Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively. Desirable: Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33). Knowledge of government-funded training.
