Refrigeration Engineer (East Midlands/Birmingham) The Opportunity We're looking for a skilled and driven Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business operating across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems , while also supporting wider business objectives including client engagement and project delivery. The Role Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of refrigeration systems Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner Work across complex systems including chillers, process cooling, blast freezers, and cold rooms What We're Looking For F-Gas qualified with NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 or above desirable) Strong experience working on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems Confident working with chillers and HFC/HFO refrigerants Full UK driving licence Equipment You'll Work On Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Systems Process Cooling within Food & Beverage Manufacturing Air & Water-Cooled Chillers Spiral Chill & Freeze Systems Cold Rooms & Freezer Rooms Blast Chillers & Freezers Condensing Units & Pack Systems Package & Benefits 40 hours per week (door-to-door paid) Overtime On-call rota (approx. 1 in 7): Standby allowance Call-outs paid at enhanced rates Company van (business & personal use) Laptop and mobile device provided 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) Private healthcare scheme
