An established, independent engineering business is looking to add an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to its growing team in Cornwall.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with strong earning potential and genuine support for engineers on the ground.
The role:
Mobile role covering Cornwall, with approximately 60% refrigeration and 40% air conditioning work. You'll be working across retail sites, hospitality and a range of other commercial properties, carrying out reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance. The role is customer-facing, varied and focused on delivering high standards. The on-call rota is well managed and clearly structured.

Salary £42,000-£48,000 depending on experience Door-to-door pay 30 days holiday including bank holidays Paid lunch break Company phone, fuel card and expenses card PPE, uniform, specialist tools or tool allowance Ongoing training and clear progression routes
What we're looking for:
Experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
Valid F-Gas qualification
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding skills and good health and safety awareness
Hydrocarbons, OEM training or CO2 experience would be advantageous but not essential.
