Refrigeration Service Engineer

Due to ongoing contract growth, a well-established HVAC contractor is expanding its supermarket refrigeration service team. The position is service-led, covering fault response, diagnostics and repair work on medium to large supermarket systems within live retail environments. Engineers are supported by planned scheduling, sensible on-call expectations and technical backup for complex issues.

Requirements

Proven supermarket refrigeration service experience (minimum 3 years)

Refrigerant Safe Handling - Category 1

Hydrocarbon certification

CO₂ knowledge and system awareness

Strong understanding of pack systems, cases and associated controls

Confident fault-finding on live retail sites

Full UK driving licence

Package

OTE £70,000+
Competitive basic salary

Overtime paid at 1.6x
