Are you an experienced Service Manager who has worked off the tools, in an office based environment, looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a forward-thinking business?

The company are a well-established refrigeration and air conditioning business providing installation, maintenance and servicing solutions across East Anglia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the company.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
• Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
• Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required

The Person:

• Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service management, off the tools and office based
• Full UK driving licence
