This role will help us to do this bysupporting the organisations growth ambitions byassistingwith the delivery of our regeneration projects, whilst providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
In this role, you willbe responsible for
To support IVHs growth ambitions byassistingthe growth & development team with project delivery.
Work across multiple projects ranging from estate regeneration, large scaledevelopmentsand small infill opportunities.
Conduct regular liaison with customers and other interested parties before, during and after works.
Prepare community project briefs and procurement documentsin accordance withour policies and procedures and to meet Homes England audit requirements.
To prepare robust and well thought out business cases for regeneration projects.
To prepare bids for funding for community projects.

We need people who are/ have:
Experience ofworking with customers and community groups
Experienceof developing partnerships and delivering projects with agencies,localauthoritiesand community groups
Experienceof partnering and working collaboratively to develop successfulrelationships
IT literate including Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of good practice principles of customer and community engagement interview
Knowledge of project management principles and performance monitoring
AFull valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes isrequired.
