Adler & Allan is growing, and we're looking for a driven Regional Account Manager to help us expand our Environmental Engineering/consultancy/services across the region. If you're commercially minded, proactive, and thrive on building strong client relationships, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.About the roleYou'll take ownership of developing and retaining a portfolio of customers-identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and securing new contracts across key sectors & within a defined region. With a strong consultative approach, you'll proactively generate new business, nurture existing relationships, and position Adler & Allan as the partner of choice for environmental risk, compliance, and engineering solutions.This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll build a healthy pipeline, deliver persuasive proposals, and work closely with technical teams to ensure customers understand the full breadth of our capabilities.What you'll be doingAchieving revenue, margin and contract-win targets across your regionBuilding, managing and reporting on a strong sales pipelineDeveloping and presenting compelling proposals and service offeringsCross-selling the full Adler & Allan service portfolioManaging leads from first contact through to contract awardStrengthening relationships through structured customer contact plansWorking with technical teams to review customer assets and identify opportunitiesResolving customer concerns and ensuring long-term satisfactionFeeding market insights back into the businessSupporting marketing initiatives and sector-focused outreachQualificationsWhat you'll bringA self-driven, results-focused approachProven experience in professional selling and influencing contract outcomesStrong consultative selling and negotiation skillsExperience in technical or service-led commercial environmentsExcellent presentation, communication and proposal-writing skillsAbility to build relationships at all levels and manage a varied workloadStrong organisational and forecasting capabilityA positive ambassadorial approach to representing Adler & AllanFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensivelyAdditional InformationAdler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
