In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll shape and deliver the Health, Safety and Sustainability strategy across multiple logistics sites — championing a culture where people and the planet are always front of mind.
✨ The Role As part of the Leadership Team, you’ll: Develop and implement robust health, safety and sustainability policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and champion industry best practice. Drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability performance. Design and lead training and engagement programmes that embed a strong safety culture at every level. Use technology to deliver real-time KPIs and sustainability metrics. Collaborate with procurement, fleet, warehousing and HR to promote safe, sustainable operations. Monitor environmental impacts, support the carbon reduction roadmap and expand the social responsibility agenda.
