Location: South England - Covering Areas including but not limited to Banbury, Guildford, Oxford, Newport and Bournemouth- Field-based (Territory-based role)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience, Plus Opportunity to earn up to 10% quarterly bonus in relation to performance based measures, plus Company Car, Fuel Card & Tech Provided

Your Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire:
* Guide, coach, and motivate a regional team of 11 Field Sales Executives to deliver best‑in‑class execution.
* Build a high‑performance culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
Deliver Results:
* Manage regional performance to ensure activity is accurate and aligned to objectives.
* Use insight and data to influence outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
Champion Operational Excellence:
* Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
* Resolve issues quickly for clients and customers.
Develop Your People:
* Conduct meaningful performance reviews.
* Create Personal Development Plans to support growth.
Communicate Effectively:
* Maintain brand‑aligned, relevant communication.
* Lead engaging regional meetings that support success.
What You Bring
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with expertise in coaching and developing a large team.
* Ability to analyse and use data to influence decisions.
* Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
You'll need:
* A full UK Manual Driving Licence
Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience is desirable—but not essential. If you're ambitious and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
