About the Role As a Regional Field Supervisor, you’ll be the key support for a team of interviewers across your region. You’ll provide coaching, quality assurance, and operational support to ensure high standards of productivity, morale, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Interviewer Support & Development Coach and appraise interviewers, offering constructive feedback. Identify development needs and escalate concerns to the Line Manager. Conduct quality control checks and provide timely feedback. Training & Briefings Support training sessions and project briefings both in-person and in the field. Deliver one-to-one or small group top-up briefings as needed. Represent Verian at survey briefings and ensure professional standards. Interviewing Conduct interviews when required, including emergency recoveries and specialist assignments. Handle re-issues and convert refusals/non-contacts into successful interviews. General Duties Adhere to ISO standards and the MRS Code of Conduct. Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement. Be flexible with working hours to meet business needs.
