Established in 2015 as the strategic platform for expanding the Group into the UK and Ireland energy markets, it has made several acquisitions and grown to be one of the largest independent generators in the UK and Ireland, with an asset base that covers multiple technologies and a range of revenue streams. The Irish entities generate approximately €660m in revenue and are seen as a significant growth area for the group. Description The Regional Finance Director will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making process of the Irish entities, providing insightful analysis and commercial acumen to drive performance across their energy generation portfolio. The role will have full responsibility for managing the high performing finance teams in Dublin and Belfast, including financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, ensuring alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives. Skills The successful candidate for this Regional Finance Director role will have a strong academic profile, including an accountancy qualification gained in an international accounting firm. It is likely you will have previous Finance leadership experience from a significant division of an international group, ideally within Energy, Infrastructure or related sectors. You will bring a proactive and commercially astute approach, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency, revenue generation, and overall business performance.
