Job Description
Gleeson Homes is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and clarity of financial reporting across our Regional business. This position is well-suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, brings strong technical capability, and enjoys working closely with operational teams to support informed decision-making.
You'll work alongside colleagues across Finance and the wider business, supporting the Regional Head of Finance in delivering high-quality financial outputs and providing insight that helps drive performance. The role offers a blend of hands-on financial management, business partnering, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounts Produce month-end financials for the Region in line with Gleeson Homes accounting policies and guidance from the Gleeson Homes Finance Director and Financial Controller. Ensure judgements are transparent, well-supported and agreed with the Regional Head of Finance. Support the preparation of monthly commentary to explain results.
Budgeting & Forecasting Work closely with the Regional Head of Finance, Gleeson Homes Financial Controller and Regional Management Team to support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
