About this role As a Regional Growth Manager for South West area, you will take ownership of the region’s success. We are always on the lookout for the most dedicated, passionate and driven candidates out there.

These are some of the key components to the position: Leading a team of Territory Managers
Use commercial data and insight to set regional objectives, designed to make sure the continued growth and success of our brand within the local community
Ensure that the expectations of the business are delivered to our restaurant partners via your team
Be part of our strategic brains trust, working alongside key business partners to help set short, medium and long term growth initiatives
Develop commercial relationships with key owners and influencers across the local restaurant network
What will you bring to the team? Proven experience working in a sales management role
E-commerce, FMCG, retail background
A proven track record of managing high-performing teams
A desire to take ownership of goal-setting and deliver against ambitious targets
The capability to understand data and turn it into effective insight
A passion for coaching and the development of others
Razor sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
