Regional Health and Safety Advisor

We are looking for a Regional Health and Safety Advisor who has experience within a Health and Safety position and is keen to make the next step in their career.
This position is a multi–site role covering multiple sites across the UK. It is a hybrid role with fully autonomous travel to sites and flexible working arrangements.
The role involves working closely with the safety team to develop and support safety initiatives. Key responsibilities include auditing sites, developing action plans based on findings, and addressing site-specific challenges, providing a great opportunity for career progression in Health and Safety.
The key duties include:
- Providing advice and support to site teams regarding Health and Safety matters
- Auditing sites against the company's safety standards
- Creating and implementing an audit schedule across UK locations
- Building positive relationships to enhance HSE culture
- Supporting underperforming sites with strategic improvements

Ideal candidates will have:
- A NEBOSH General Certificate
- Operational Health and Safety experience
- A full UK Driving License
- Experience in a regional role is advantageous
