Location: London (multi-site)
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: MondayFriday
Houston & Hawkes are seeking a highly professional and driven Regional Hospitality Supervisor to support our premium portfolio of Central London client sites.
This is a key role within the business, requiring a confident individual who can operate across multiple locations, uphold exceptional standards and support teams in delivering seamless, high-quality hospitality. You will act as a visible leader, ensuring consistency, professionalism and excellence across all sites.

Duties:
Supporting and overseeing hospitality operations across multiple client sites
Driving consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
Leading by example and supporting front-of-house teams during service
Assisting with VIP meetings, events and high-level corporate hospitality
Coaching, developing and motivating teams to maintain Houston & Hawkes standards
Acting as a key point of support during peak periods, absences and operational challenges
Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Proven experience within hospitality supervision in contract catering or premium environments
Strong understanding of high-end, client-facing service standards
Confident, professional and adaptable across multiple sites
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to lead, influence and support teams in fast-paced environments
