Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to support retail operations across multiple regions. This is a pivotal role with significant travel, working closely with store leadership teams to deliver effective people strategies and ensure HR practices align with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Partner with retail leadership to drive HR initiatives across diverse locations. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure stores are staffed effectively. Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the business. Deliver training and development programs to build capability within retail teams. Travel extensively to provide hands‑on support and build strong relationships.
Candidate Profile
Proven HR experience, ideally within a retail or multi‑site environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism. Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities. Fluency in English (additional language skills an advantage).
