We are hiring two Regional Leads – Growth Finance to originate and deliver working capital solutions, including Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Invoice Finance, across:

• Scotland
• North East England

What You’ll Do

• Originate and structure ABL and Invoice Finance facilities from £1m–£10m.
• Generate new business opportunities across your region.
• Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio within risk appetite.
• Prepare concise credit submissions, clearly outlining risks and mitigants.
• Develop strong introducer relationships (corporate finance advisers, debt specialists, brokers).
• Act as an ambassador for the Growth Finance proposition internally and externally.
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to deliver seamless funding solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in SME working capital finance, particularly ABL and Invoice Finance.
• Proven origination track record in the £1m–£10m space.
• Excellent financial analysis and commercial judgement.
• An established introducer network and regional market knowledge.
