Are you passionate about ensuring compliance, loss pevention and minimizing risk? Our client, a successful expanding retailer, is looking for a dedicated Regional Loss Prevention and Compliance Manager to join their team
Role Overview:
This is a field-based role, covering the East Anglia and South Midlands regions
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective loss prevention and audit compliance services focusing on stock loss, cash loss, people protection, and premises protection.
* Conduct unannounced internal audits across various sectors including Retail, Supply Chain and eCommerce.
* Conduct investigations, identify root causes, and develop action plans.
* Drive corrective and preventive process changes to reduce shrinkage.
* Produce risk reduction strategies and perform trend analysis to detect theft, fraud, or abuse.
* Support, motivate, and train teams, to promote compliance and risk awareness.
* Design and hold compliance workshops, review risks, and train new employees.
* Provide feedback and coaching to management.
* Build effective working relationships and manage stakeholders to foster a compliance culture.
* Implement and continuously improve crisis management and business continuity plans.
