A new opportunity has arisen for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join the Estates Team due to continued growth within MMCG. This is a regional position and would suit someone living around the Buckinghamshire, Aylesbury or Salisbury area, willing to travel and with overnight stays when necessary

The role:
As Regional Maintenance Supervisor you will support the Estates Director with installation, or repair and maintenance of the homes within your region, in tandem with Home Maintenance staff and Home Managers. Your responsibilities will include: Support the region in the supervision and management of maintenance during installations, repairs or maintenance including project works. Carry out daily maintenance and repairs to damaged or faulty company property and equipment. Assemble and install new equipment delivered to a home.
