Role Summary: Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking (MSHT) support service in Northern Ireland. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee operational management of MSHT NI services in line with contractual and legal requirements.
* Line manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective workload allocation.
* Act as primary contact for stakeholder engagement, including statutory services, NGOs, and local authorities.
* Lead on safeguarding, incident management, and health and safety compliance.
* Manage reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Drive service KPIs and continuous improvement, incorporating client feedback and co-production activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people management role.
* Background in social care, supporting clients with complex needs.
