As Regional Manager youll be joining the Network Development team, serving as the vital connection between the brand and the 15 UK and ROI dealers in the network. Youll be the key point of contact for your territory, coordinating sales and aftersales activities while implementing strategic business development initiatives in line with franchising policies. Youll play a vital role in motivating and supporting the dealers to achieve performance, efficiency, and profitability standards that reflect commitment to excellence. What youll be responsible for: Monitoring dealer financial performance, budgets, and investment plans to drive sustainable growth. Collaborating with Business Lines to set and track sales and service targets.
