This isnt one of those stressful sort everything out jobs. In fact: What you wont have to deal with: No team thats been left without direction - this group is already settled and working well. No building a client base from scratch - the clients are long-standing and loyal. No firefighting because of empty roles - the team is fully staffed (but you can grow it if you want to!).
