Lead and develop multiple site teams to deliver operational excellence Manage multiple P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your region
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of senior management experience within catering or hospitality Proven success managing multi-site operations and complex contracts Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable to change Full UK driving licence
