What youll get up to:
This is not a traditional multi-site role where you can direct your way to success.
Youll be responsible for the performance and stability of a regional pub estate, working closely with operators to improve profitability, strengthen standards, and ensure the business is protected commercially and legally.
You will:
Build strong, professional relationships with pub operators across your area
Drive sales and profit through structured coaching and commercial guidance
Review business performance, identify risk early, and create clear improvement plans
Support operators with business planning, forecasting, and growth strategy
Balance partnership support with firm boundary-setting when required
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery across the region

Financially strong - able to interpret P&Ls and spot trends quickly
A clear communicator who can handle difficult conversations professionally
