We are currently seeking a Regional New Build Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. You will play a key role in driving income generation by maximising the sale of new build and stock properties across designated areas. You will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and aftercare journey, while providing comprehensive support to the Sales Team. The role involves close collaboration with a range of partners and stakeholders, and requires frequent travel to various sites within the Together Group.

Outline of key responsibilities for the Regional New Build Sales Consultant...
- To aid the advertisement and marketing of properties for sale, using different methods of marketing communications, which best suit current market conditions and demographics.
- To provide market research and appraisals to support investment decisions for new developments and to assist in the creation of reports for sales and marketing purposes.
- To maintain and update the home-owner procedures, other appropriate guidance, and related standard letters and pro-Formas.
- To assist in the preparation and collation of sales literature.
- To establish and maintain an accurate central file system in respect of sales schemes to support audit requirements.
- To deal effectively with enquiries from purchasers, internal and external customers during the sales process in a courteous and timely manner.
- To monitor the sales process to ensure all completions match income projections and expected timescales.
- To be responsible for arranging and attending viewings of properties for sale.
- To ensure properties are clean and in good repair at all times.
- To be responsible for the staffing of show homes, open days, community event initiatives including evenings and weekends (out of hours working may occasionally be required).
- To discuss processes with prospective purchasers in accordance with policy and procedure and in a manner they easily understand. In a polite and courteous manner.
- Liaise with appropriate departments within the group regarding purchase and design issues affecting properties.
- Appraise and approve the design and finishes of sales projects in conjunction with the new business development team to ensure they reflect current market trends and maintain competitiveness.
- Attend handover of properties with the development project manager and agree a defects procedure prior to accepting keys.
We are looking for someone who has...
- A full UK driving licence, and the use of own vehicle with insurance for business use.
- Experience of residential sales and marketing.
- Experience of involving and engaging customers and stakeholders.
- Able to manage confidential/personal information appropriately and sensitively.
- Have an understanding of the housing market and be able to undertake market research to support our investment decisions on new schemes

- Starting salary of £32,522
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays
- This is a field-based position that requires occasional office attendance, covering an area that spans East Yorkshire to North Yorkshire.
