Location: Hybrid (Home working with frequent travel to centres in the southern region)

Purpose of the Role
The Southern Region Manager is a pivotal leader within the Operations Team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Tutors & Exams’ services across all centres in the Southern region. This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across exam delivery.
As a key contributor to Tutors & Exams’ vision of being the Leading Independent Assessment Centre, the post holder will provide hands-on support and guidance to Centre Managers, drive performance, embed best practice, and uphold high standards across all locations.
The successful candidate will lead on the implementation of operational priorities, support the development and retention of centre-based teams, and act as a regional ambassador for the organisation. This includes driving performance against KPIs, championing professional development, and ensuring centres are fully equipped to meet the needs of candidates, parents, and awarding organisations alike.
Working closely with the UK Operations Director and senior colleagues, the Southern Region Manager will influence strategic planning, contribute to cross-centre projects, and support continuous improvement in both service delivery and organisational growth.
