Are you an experienced operations leader with a background in Commercial Estate Soft Service Delivery?


We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee service delivery across a portfolio of high-profile, blue-chip client sites in London. Candidates must have Property / Real Estate experience.


This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where you’ll drive performance, lead multi-site teams, and play a key part in maintaining exceptional client standards.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading security, specialised high service cleaning and soft services operations across multiple sites
  • Driving service excellence and ensuring compliance with H&S and quality standards
  • Managing financial performance and contract profitability
  • Developing and supporting regional management teams
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Supporting business growth and tender processes


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Proven multi-site operational leadership experience
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience working within high-profile or blue-chip environments
  • Excellent people leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of H&S and employment practices
  • Willingness to undergo BS7858 vetting
